ENTRANCE INTO THE FACILITY GUIDELINES:

Per the governor’s guidelines only one parent/guardian of skaters under the age of 17 are allowed in the building.

Cameras are set up inside the arena and viewing can be accessed via LiveBarn.com

All skaters, parents and guardians are required to fill out the online waiver before entering the building

FREESTYLE PROTOCOL:
- All skaters on Sno-King Arena Freestyle sessions must hold current membership with US Figure Skating (USFS), Basic Skills Membership (Learn to Skate USA) or the Ice Skating Institute of America (ISI)
- Freestyle session sign-ups are available only through our online booking system.
- Skaters must always adhere to posted start and stop times listed on the schedule
- All times are subject to change or may be cancelled at the discretion of the General Manager
- Skaters attending freestyle sessions must always pre-register and check-in for sessions before taking the ice. Skaters not signed in will be asked to leave the ice and will jeopardize future skating privileges
- Skaters must have their own equipment. NO rental skates are allowed on freestyle sessions. These sessions are intended to be utilized as training sessions, not public skate sessions.
- Skater Supervision Policy: Skaters no longer need to have a coach present to practice on a freestyle session so long as the following requirements are met:
- The skater’s practice session has been approved by his/her head coach.
- The skater registers for and is approved for the session according current procedures set forth by the Director of Skating School, Director of Coaching, or Director of Business Operations.
- The skater agrees to abide by Covid-19 protocol set forth by Sno-King Ice Arenas and ensures social distancing standards are met both on and off the ice.
- There is a Sno-King staff member or coach present in the facility during the session.
CLUB MEMEBRSHIPS:
- Sno-King Renton Basic Skills: Membership geared toward Tots - Freeskate levels or recreational skaters. Memberships can be purchased through US Figure Skating https://learntoskateusa.com/registration/
- Cascade Valley Figure Skating Club: Membership geared toward skaters entering the USFS testing/competition track. Memberships can be purchased online at CVFSC website.
